Power Circuit Fitness is owned by Scott King.  Scott has always had a passion for health and fitness.  He enjoys challenging himself physically using various modalities of exercise.  Scott is a former competitive body builder and holds several titles.  He holds a Business degree from the University of NC and completed two years of Exercise Physiology at Georgia State University. 

Scott has been in the fitness industry for over 35 years.  He has personally trained hundreds of people in the Atlanta community beginning in 1984.  He opened Power Circuit Fitness in 1997 with eight machines in a 1,000 square foot space.  Since then Scott has expanded his business to include over 50 machines within a 4,000 square foot facility.  Scott lives in Atlanta and enjoys weekends in his loft located in West Georgia.

Tracy Hall - Atlanta Fitness Trainer

Tracy Hall, Trainer





Tracy Hall has been helping people get and stay healthy for over ten years. She is a former competitive runner and enjoys sharing her fitness knowledge with others. She has trained people of all ages from 15 to 91 years old. She especially enjoys working with people who have rarely, to never worked out before.

Tracy is interested in getting people in better shape both mentally and physically by showing her clients how to use regular exercise as a stress reliever and necessary balance to their lives.

Tracy has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University. As an undergrad, she was a scholarship athlete on the Syracuse University Women’s Track Team. She is certified with the American College of Sports Medicine. She currently lives in Atlanta, Ga with her husband, John and son, Tate.


Susan deAntonio - Atlanta Power Plate Trainer

Susan deAntonio has recently received her certification as a Power Plate trainer and currently provides, one-on-one Power Plate fitness training.

As an active Mother of three, fitness remains a priority in her life.  After the birth her children, Susan reclaimed her body through a variety of exercise regiments including Pilates, running, Yoga, circuit training, kick boxing, and hiking.  Susan incorporates aspects of these exercise routines into Power Plate sessions to give her clients a workout that stays fresh and interesting.
